What was important to us?

We set out to create a digital experience that feels intuitive and familiar – almost like online shopping, but leading to a trade show booth. It was important to us that users always understand what they’re choosing, what it costs, and what they need to consider.The configurator guides them through the process – clearly, but never pushy.

What technology is behind it?

Quite a lot – most of it invisible to users, and that’s a good thing. Behind the scenes, a modern MACH architecture powers the system, allowing us to build everything in a modular and flexible way. For us, that means we can quickly respond to new requirements. For users, it means a stable system that feeis seamless and cohesive

What's planned for the future?

The booth configurator is just the beginning. For us, it’s one building block in a broader set of digital solutions aimed at making trade fair planning easier, more sustainable, and more accessible. It's not primarily about increasing bookings – it’s about improving the entire customer journey. And honestly: we’re excited to keep building on it.
