General Assembly

The last Annual General Meeting took place on May 21. Shareholders received the documents as usual by mail or digitally. After the agenda items and the annual review, there was time for discussion and interaction.

The date for the 2026 Annual General Meeting will be announced.

BERNEXPO AG has around 650 shareholders. Our shares are traded on the OTC-X trading platform of the Berner Kantonalbank BEKB. In addition to the trade fair business, Bernexpo AG holds stakes in two companies: - Talendo AG - holding: 100 % - Messepark Bern AG - holding: 26.8 % (symbol n.a.)
